Print journalism isn’t dead yet! The University Star is Texas State’s student newspaper that publishes online and in print. They’re one of the oldest newspapers in the state, and they’ve been publishing since 1911.

One special thing about the Star is that they’re an independent student newspaper. This means all decisions about publications are made by students, not the university. They’re committed to sharing much needed knowledge with fellow students, teachers and anyone else who wants to read.
