Linda & Marcellus Alexander Reach Scholarship

· Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a four-year college or university.

· The applicant must be enrolled in 12 hours or more at the time of selection and considered a full-time student.

· Students must have an overall GPA of at least 2.75.

· Preference for a student with a high financial need.

· The recipient(s) must be in good standing with the University during selection.

· Students must complete the entire application process by the due date.

· As part of the application process, a 250–500-word explanation of why this scholarship is important to the student is required. Paper should highlight your educational journey, leadership roles, extracurricular involvement, work experience, and any personal achievements. We are especially interested in understanding how you have persevered through challenges or adversity and how those experiences have shaped your goals. Show us how your determination, resilience, and ambition are driving you toward future success.

The Scholarship shall be presented annually at the Stelos Alliance Scholarship Awards Banquet. The time and place are to be determined by Stelos Alliance but will be in San Marcos, TX.
