Alumni Profile: Michael Flowers
Michael Flowers is the Founder and CEO of Indco Partners, a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. Since launching the company in January 2024, Michael has leveraged his experience from previous roles at Stream Realty, Prologis, and Jackson Shaw.
Throughout his career, he has successfully completed over 600 leasing transactions and sourced the development of nearly 3 million square feet of industrial projects, with total project costs reaching almost $400 million.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Michael is committed to making a positive impact in his community. In 2022, he founded the Carry The Load Scholarship Fund, through which he has raised and awarded over $50,000 to support children of fallen Gold Star heroes. His dedication to service is also evident in his volunteer work as a youth baseball coach and his involvement with his alma mater, Woodrow Wilson High School.
Michael’s journey of leadership and service began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he enlisted in 2003. During his time in boot camp, he was meritoriously promoted after being named Company High Shooter in a class of 700 recruits. He went on to complete two tours in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While attending college, Michael was actively involved in student organizations, including Phi Delta Theta, where he served as IFC President and participated in Student Government and Student Foundation.
In his free time, Michael enjoys saltwater fly fishing, duck hunting, riding dirt bikes, snow skiing and playing golf.
