Bill Hogue Memorial and Stelos Alliance Leadership Scholarships
Amount: One at $15,000 and five additional at $3,000 Starts: 11/01/2025 Ends: 02/28/2026
The Bill Hogue Memorial Scholarship was established under the direction of Bill Poston following Hogue’s tragic death, which came just six weeks after his graduation from Texas State University in December 1987.
Angell Family Scholarship

Dr. Carrie Angell, Stelos Alliance Board Member, is pleased to honor her parents with a Stelos scholarship in their name to support a Texas State University student.
Capitol Cats Intership
