Housley Principled Leadership
The Housley Principled Leadership Program is a semester-long course at Texas State University open to all students. Held each fall in the Honors College, this program equips students with the skills to become impactful leaders and people of consequence.
Mariachi Nueva Generacion
The Stelos Alliance is proud to support Mariachi Nueva Generación (MNG) at Texas State University. Dedicated to preserving and showcasing mariachi music, MNG performs extensively, educates students through workshops, and hosts the annual Feria del Mariachi competition, solidifying its reputation as one of Texas’s top university mariachi groups.
President’s Leadership Class
The President’s Leadership Class (PLC) is a selective program for first-year Texas State students to develop leadership skills and prepare for campus leadership roles. PLC scholars engage with influential university and state leaders, gaining valuable insights and experiences. We proudly support this initiative and its mission to empower future leaders.
Stelos Scholars
The Stelos Scholars Program, in partnership with the Texas State University Honors College, is a competitive program for top scholars. It provides mentorship and development opportunities to help students become impactful leaders.
Stelos Fellows
The Stelos Fellows Program offers Texas State students paid, custom internships tailored to their career goals. Fellows gain hands-on experience in outreach, content creation, and more, with personalized training in a real work environment. The program is highly selective and accepts two to three students annually.
Texas State Baseball Academic Excellence Awards
Stelos Alliance proudly supports the Bobcat Baseball team through our Academic Excellence Awards. As part of our commitment to these athletes, baseball players who achieve a GPA of 3.3 or higher are awarded a scholarship to recognize their dedication to both academics and athletics.
