Johnson Sales Award of Distinction   

Award Amount: $5000

This scholarship was established in 2023 to support the student team competing in the National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC). These students exemplify outstanding work ethic, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Competing annually at the NCSC, the team consistently secures a spot in the top 20 among 160 universities. Their success is a testament to their rigorous preparation and determination. This scholarship is designed to honor their hard work and achievements, recognizing their commitment to growth, professional development, and excellence in sales. The scholarship funds are evenly distributed among each member of the team, ensuring that all students benefit from this recognition and support.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be enrolled as a marketing major to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a sales concentration

  • Have participated in a collegiate sales competition through the Center for Professional Sales.

  • Have maintained a 3.0 GPA (minimum).

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • The Johnson Sales Award of Distinction is awarded to the student team competing in the National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC). Recipients are designated by the Director of the Center for Professional Sales, and the total scholarship amount is evenly distributed among all team members.

HISTORY OF THE SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship was developed in 2023, and is supported by its creator, Jordan Johnson.

Jordan is a Stelos Alliance Board Member and has a tremendous passion for the art of the sale! He is the Owner of Johnson Biomedical LLC, where he does Medical Device Sales, Distribution and Business Development specializing in procedural  solutions for the spine.
