Award Amount: $500/each

Established in 2024, this scholarship supports both the Outstanding International Student Award and the Outstanding MBA Student Award. Recipients of these awards demonstrate exceptional work ethic and dedication in their pursuit of higher education.

Each recipient will receive a $500 award, honoring the dedication and perseverance of both graduate students and international students as they navigate their academic journeys.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Be enrolled as a student earning a Master’s in Business Administration or as an international student at the McCoy College of Business.

Have maintained a 3.0 GPA (minimum).

APPLICATION PROCESS

Established in 2024, the Graduate Level Awards recognize the dedication and perseverance of graduate students pursuing an MBA or international students at the McCoy College of Business. Recipients are selected by a committee within the college, and each awardee will receive a $500 scholarship.

HISTORY OF THE SCHOLARSHIP

This award was developed in 2024, and is supported by Thibault Gehin.

Thibault, known as Tbo, is a Texas State alumnus from a small town in France. A past recipient of both awards—then unfunded—he chose to enhance them by providing funding, empowering students to excel. Now a project manager at Morrison Financial, he is committed to giving back.
